🚨 Campaign Update (July 21, 2025)

First and foremost, thank you so much to everyone who has supported the Ferg campaign. Unfortunately, the campaign is coming to an end today. Since we haven’t reached our 300-supporter goal, all supporters will be fully refunded within the next few business days.
 
We seriously considered lowering the goal, especially after seeing how excited some Ferg fans were to get their hands on this. However, after careful review, we realized we couldn’t lower the target without compromising on quality, and that’s something we weren’t willing to sacrifice.
 
Thanks again for all your support! We’ve genuinely loved seeing the excitement from Ferg fans all over the world. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us.

Thanks to the support from Ferg fans all over the world, we've now sold over 100 Fergs! While it’s unlikely we’ll hit the original 300-supporter goal, we’ve seen how excited some of you are about this figure, so we’re considering moving forward with production anyway (no promises yet!).

We’ve decided to extend the campaign until July 21 to give everyone a chance to still support and help fund this project.

What's the size of this figure?

The Ferg figure is around 5cm (2″) in height including the base.

How long will it take to arrive after the campaign ends?

If the crowdfunding campaign is successful, the product will go into production, and is estimated to be ready for shipping on December 10. Once it's shipped orders typically take 7-15 business days to arrive depending on your location.

How does crowdfunding work?

A crowdfunding campaign is a way for creators to gather financial support to bring a product to life. By pre-ordering the product, backers help fund the production of the product.

How much is shipping to my country?

Shipping has a flat rate of $8.99, regardless of your location.

What happens if a campaign is not funded in time?

All orders will automatically be refunded, within 2-3 business days after the campaign ends.

Where will I receive my refund if a campaign has failed?

Refunds will automatically be credited back to your original payment method. If your payment method is no longer valid, or you wish to make changes, please contact our customer support to initiate the refund process.

Can I still order after the crowdfunding campaign ends?

No, this is a limited edition product and will not be available again. Once the campaign timer ends, it’s gone forever.

Can I change my mind and cancel a pre-order?

Yes, you can request a refund at any time during a crowdfunding campaign. Please note that after the campaign timer runs out, the order becomes final and the regular refund policy will be in place.
