Refund policy

This policy applies to all products available on Memeshapes.com. While we consider all orders final and non-refundable, there are exceptions outlined in this policy. If you are eligible for a refund or have any related inquiries, please contact support@memeshapes.com, and we will assist you promptly.
Cancellation Policy
Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled. Please only proceed with an order if you are certain you want the item. However, during a pre-order campaign, you can cancel and request a refund at any time while the pre-order campaign is still active. Once the campaign timer expires, the order becomes final and non-refundable. Feel free to contact us with any refund-related questions or refer to our FAQ page for more information.
Returns and Exchanges
All orders are considered final and cannot be returned or exchanged for another product.
Damages and Issues on Arrival
- Carefully inspect your order upon receipt. If your item arrives damaged, with missing pieces, or you received the wrong item, please contact our Customer Support team within 14 DAYS of receiving the item.
- We will provide a FREE replacement if available; otherwise, a full refund will be issued. Please submit pictures of the damaged item, along with your order number, to our customer support for assistance.
- Please note that certain issues are not considered eligible for refunds. Our collectibles are often individually hand-painted, assembled, and produced in limited runs for collectors worldwide. Visible joint lines and minor deviations in paint jobs from the advertised model are inherent to our production process and are not considered defects. Similarly, packaging defects are not considered defects.
Refusals and Undeliverable Shipments
Ensure that you provide the correct shipping address before finalizing your order, as changes cannot be made after shipping. If you refuse to accept your delivery upon arrival or if your carrier is unable to make the delivery, your local courier service may decide to either return the order to us or destroy it. Please be aware that we are unable to accept returns at our warehouse, and consequently, we cannot issue refunds for these products. We are not responsible for instances where customers choose to refuse the package, or when the carrier is unable to make a delivery, or when local courier services decide to return or dispose of a package. Any associated costs, including return shipping fees or charges imposed by the carrier, are the customer's responsibility. While we strive for a seamless shopping experience, these situations are beyond our control.
Refund Process
You will be eligible for a refund if:
- The item(s) you wish to refund are part of an active pre-order campaign that has not yet entered the manufacturing phase.
- Your item(s) arrived with major damages, as described above, and we are unable to provide a replacement.
- The product that you placed an order for is canceled on Memeshapes’ end.
To initiate a refund request, please contact customer support or email us at support@memeshapes.com, providing the following information:
- Your email address
- Order number
- Detailed explanation of the situation
- In case of damages: Photos of the item clearly showing the issue, photos of the shipping boxes, and photos of the packaging box.
Refunds will be processed and credited back to your original payment method. If your credit card is no longer valid, please inform us before we initiate the refund process.
Please note that any transaction fees charged by your bank/PayPal will not be covered by Memeshapes. For inquiries regarding these fees, please contact your bank or PayPal directly.
Typically, refund requests are processed within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank or payment method.
