A pre-launch campaign is your chance to help bring a concept to life by pledging $1 in advance. When the pre-launch hits its supporter goal, we’ll turn the concept into a real product and start the official crowdfunding campaign. At that time, you will be charged the remaining balance. If the goal isn’t met in time, everyone will receive a refund within 2-3 business days.

How does crowdfunding work?

A crowdfunding campaign is a way for creators to gather financial support to bring a product to life. By pre-ordering the product, backers help fund the production of the product.

What will the real product look like?

If the pre-launch is successful we will turn the concept into a real product, which will be revealed when the crowdfunding campaign starts.

Don't like how it turned out? No worries, you can request a refund at any time during the crowdfunding campaign. Please note that after the crowdfunding campaign ends, the order becomes final and the regular refund policy will be in place.

Shipping for our plushies has a flat rate of $8.99, regardless of your location.

Refunds will automatically be credited back to your original payment method. If your payment method is no longer valid, or you wish to make changes, please contact our customer support to initiate the refund process.

Can I still order after the crowdfunding campaign ends?

No, this is a limited edition product and will not be available again. Once the campaign timer ends, it’s gone forever.

After a successfully funded pre-launch campaign you will still have the chance to purchase the product during the official crowdfunding campaign.

Can I change my mind and cancel a pre-order?

Yes, you can request a refund at any time during a pre-launch or crowdfunding campaign. Please note that after the campaign timer runs out, the order becomes final and the regular refund policy will be in place.
